North American Standard inspections at the fixed port, from FMCSA's public Vehicle Inspection File. Roadside patrol stops in the same town are excluded. Vehicle OOS rate is the share of vehicle inspections (Levels I, II, V) with a vehicle out-of-service violation; driver OOS rate likewise over driver inspections (Levels I, II, III).
Fixed-port inspections in Colorado from FMCSA's public Vehicle Inspection File, newest first, looked up live when you search. Roadside patrol stops are excluded. Carrier names are as FMCSA publishes them. The downloads save every match for the current search (up to 10,000, newest first), not just the rows on screen: CSV for a spreadsheet, or a .sql file to load into a MySQL database.
